The Elusive Drifting Bistro





A new truck surfaced on Twitter a couple weeks ago and although it isn't much, I'll tell you what I do know. Due to contractual agreements with their current employer, the owner of The Drifting Bistro must remain completely anonymous at this time. He or she is currently the executive sous chef at a Ft. Worth restaurant with over a decade of restaurant experience and has decided that it's time to get their own thing going. As far as the menu, they describe their approach as a combination of "well known street food classics with a southern and global 'bistro' flare." However vague they have to be at this time, they are steadily posting scrumptious food pics to their Twitter account; but you'll have to wait til January to see which of those makes the final dozen items on their menu. In the meantime, we'll keep drooling over their photos and let you guys know more as it unfolds!
